PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Having started as a commercial real estate agent in 2007 focusing solely on the pre-leasing of retail centres for clients such as Woolworths Limited and Leighton Properties, Michael spent almost five years specialising in the areas of retail design, tenant mix, leasing and sales.
From there he worked within a high profile private equity firm providing financial solutions for retail centre investment and development.
Finally he worked with a private development group sourcing development opportunities and managing their delivery, ensuring an indepth knowledge of all facets of retail centres.
Michael’s industry experience means that each client’s asset is in the best possible hands and that a proactive and systematic approach is taken to MDM Group’s clients primary concerns of income maximisation, risk mitigation, tenant security, expense minimisation and effective communication.
